Job Description
NECCO is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven School Partnerships Coordinator to support the expansion of school-based and intensive home-based mental health services across Ohio. The coordinator will initiate, nurture, and solidify partnerships with school districts statewide.

Requirements

  • Former school administrator, superintendent, or senior education leader
  • Deep understanding of Ohio's K-12 education landscape and established relationships with school leadership
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
  • Passion for youth mental health and equitable access to school-based services
  • Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote consulting role
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate, based on experience: $100/hour
