Job Description
The Independent Living Skills Coach Overnights (Awake) - IRTS provides care, treatment and rehabilitation for persons served who are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms. The role involves assisting person(s) served in order to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
Requirements
Provide assistance to person(s) served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
Interact frequently and positively with person(s) served and support staff.
Assist Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners with requested needs.
Administer medication and monitoring.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Teach clients independent living skills.
Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with various teams.
Provide group and individual services for clients.
