Role OverviewIndependently challenge and release decision-grade scoping products for completeness, technical integrity, cross-domain consistency, evidence traceability, calculation accuracy, clarity, compliance, and defensibility. Review decision statements, evidence registers, assumptions/gaps, analytical methods, calculations, sensitivities, alternatives, findings, recommendations, TOR/budget/schedule trace, citations, and acceptance requirements.
What You Will Do
Conduct completeness/compliance, discipline-level technical, cross-domain integration, and release reviews appropriate to personal qualifications. Challenge unsupported certainty, omitted alternatives, optimism bias, model/source inconsistency, scope gaps, and unclosed comments. Maintain issue, comment-disposition, version, release, and residual-risk records.
