Indirect - Maintenance Technician I

Requirements

• Ensure workplace safety by verifying electrical and mechanical guards and safety devices
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine processing adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality
• Utilize tools such as hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Interpret and apply electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
• Support quality assurance by completing inspections and testing procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and maintenance goals
• Mentor and assist in the development of apprentices
• Engage in the CMMS asset reliability program and contribute to its improvement
• Participate in Scepter's Safety Programs and report near misses and first aid incidents
• Maintain and promote 6S principles throughout the facility
