Role OverviewThe Indirect Auto Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing indirect auto loan packets and ensuring new loans are entered into the loan system accurately and promptly. This position supports exceptional member service by confirming that each loan packet contains complete and accurate member, dealer, lending, and supporting documentation.
What You Will Do
The Indirect Auto Loan Processor will receive, log, track, and process indirect loan packets through the appropriate queues in the indirect lending software platform. They will review lending documents and contracts for accuracy, validity, and completeness, and audit incoming loan files for quality, accuracy, completeness, and potential fraud indicators.
