- Significant experience managing indirect procurement categories within a multinational or global organization
- Experience in one or more of the following category areas: Information Technology, Professional Services; CAPEX; infrastructure, construction and energy; logistics and transportation
- Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and category management
- Experience developing and executing procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and operational improvements
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive results through collaboration
