Role OverviewThe Individual Giving Manager will lead the individual gift strategy and solicitation while overseeing the Development Office's administrative infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of all individual donors, with primary responsibility for The Children’s Home’s annual giving program.
What You Will Do
The Individual Giving Manager will design and manage all fundraising activities and strategies related to individual giving, develop and implement strategies and activities related to individual giving, provide leadership in goal setting and strategy development for individual giving solicitations, and execute an annual work plan to ensure the effective and timely solicitation of donors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of related experience

- Experience working with DonorPerfect database management
- Experience working or volunteering for a nonprofit organization
- Understanding and knowledge of principles and strategies of nonprofit development
