Role OverviewWe're looking for compassionate, dependable, and adaptable individuals to join our team as Individual Support Workers (ISWs). In this role, you will provide direct support and daily assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities.
What You Will Do
Support individuals with daily living activities, assist with community outings, transportation, and appointments, and instruct and encourage individuals in developing basic personal, social, academic, and vocational skills.

Requirements
