Job Description
Quality Process Services QPS is seeking an experienced Industrial/Construction Electrical Supervisor to lead crews in the field and perform hands-on electrical work. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly skilled electrician, and someone who leads by example on the job site.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in the field with tools while supervising others
  • Familiarity with NEC code and OSHA safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel or work on varying job sites if required
