You'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive teams to deliver custom automation solutions that improve productivity, quality, and compliance.
What You Will Do
You'll develop and execute a strategic growth plan, build and own relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, identify and convert high-value automation opportunities, and lead complex sales pursuits.

Requirements
- Proven success selling $10M+ annually in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing industry
- Proven success developing new business and growing strategic customer accounts
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Experience with GMP, FDA regulations, validation, and regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience selling or supporting automation, robotics, capital equipment, or manufacturing solutions preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and executive teams
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Existing network within the life sciences industry preferred
