Job Description
IMA is seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years working in an Industrial / Commercial setting, with experience running feeders, pulling cable, bending conduit and familiar with NEC codes / guidelines. The job involves installing, maintaining, and enhancing electrical systems and components, inspecting, testing, and diagnosing issues, and performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Commercial / Industrial electrical experience
  • Valid driver's license in state of practice and no more than two violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work
  • Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Clean criminal background
