Role OverviewAs an Industrial Electrician, you'll serve as a key technical expert responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the complex electrical and control systems that power our sawmill operation.
What You Will Do
Perform electrical repair and improvement projects throughout the mill, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, and diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience or a technical degree in a related field
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, controls, and automation equipment
- Working knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, drives, and electrical distribution systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in varying seasonal climate conditions
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing, sawmill, lumber, or industrial maintenance experience preferred
