Role OverviewThis position ensures headcount planning and calculation needs are implemented within MBUSI safety, quality, timing, and cost targets. The position supports a controlled, standardized approach for overall resource implementation and plant wide communication.
What You Will Do
Plan shop headcount requirements, lead and implement headcount forecast, standardize headcount planning, plan project and ramp-up headcount, lead and support manpower meetings/report-outs, drive Continuous Improvement, and develop and coordinate Production Flow management topics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in headcount or process planning, Lean Manufacturing concepts, and project management is required. Ability to communicate efficiently, written and verbally, in English is also necessary.
