Role OverviewFirefly Aerospace is hiring a mid-level Industrial Engineer to join the Propulsion Manufacturing Production team in Briggs, TX. The role involves applying Industrial Engineering concepts to develop operating plans, conduct capacity and constraint-based analysis, and improve processes. The candidate will work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and collaborate with various departments.
What You Will Do
Model, analyze, design, and optimize production systems to enhance operational efficiency and improve quality. Prepare operations plans and precedence networks, perform capacity analysis, and develop models to analyze data and provide analysis and metrics.
