Job Description
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing how materials flow into manufacturing—efficiently, cost-effectively, and production-ready. The Industrial Engineer III will design and optimize supplier packaging strategies aligned to PFEP and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improve material presentation to the line to drive efficiency, reduce handling, and eliminate waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
  • 5+ years in manufacturing / industrial engineering environments
  • Experience with Material flow & line-side presentation, Packaging strategy for inbound materials / WIP, Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies
