Job Description
The Industrial Engineer IV - Continuous Improvement is responsible for finding projects, developing a business case, and leading a team to execute projects that will improve our operations or provide a growth path for our clients. Develops and presents mathematical analyses to support Engineering recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process, Mechatronics or related engineering degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SQL
  • PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3PL warehousing, distribution center or fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical procedures and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively communicate process and technical concepts to a variety of audiences from entry level warehouse employee to executive level
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
