Job Description
Industrial Engineer needed for a leading industrial manufacturing organization in Decorah, Iowa. The ideal candidate brings strong Lean manufacturing expertise and leadership ability to drive continuous improvement across both shopfloor and office workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (required — no exceptions)
5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success improving production throughput and eliminating operational bottlenecks
Strong foundation in data collection, root cause analysis, and structured problem solving
Deep working knowledge of Lean principles and hands-on implementation experience
Proven ability to communicate effectively with hourly teams, supervisors, and executive leadership
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
