Role OverviewResponsible for organizational change and continuous improvement for manufacturing and distribution departments. Responsible for supporting area managers in their mission to produce and distribute consistently higher quality products, with shorter lead times, at reduced costs for the ultimate goal of increased customer satisfaction and company profit.
What You Will Do
Develops and leads project work across multiple disciplines and multiple plant locations; Responsible for the conception, development, justification and implementation of manufacturing and distribution processes; Interacts and engages with all facility engineers and shop floor personnel in order to monitor and manage operational processes;
