Role OverviewThe Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship program is a development program designed for those seeking immersive, hands-on training in a fast-paced environment. Industrial Maintenance Apprentices shadow high-performing technicians, learning how optimal efficiency is achieved by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with safety and quality standards being a top priority.
What You Will Do
Learn and demonstrate the ability to practice safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices; assist with assigned preventive maintenance tasks and scheduled maintenance; respond with team to equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown; and perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.

Industrial Maintenance Apprentices must have the aptitude and drive to seek and acquire on-going training due to ever-evolving technological improvements and performance standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in a Technical/Trade or College program in industrial maintenance or related field
- Ability to climb fixed and portable ladders to a height of twenty feet
- Ability to stoop and bend while lifting weights up to fifty pounds
- Ability to climb onto and crawl under machinery as required
- Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job-related equipment
