The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and systems supporting water/wastewater treatment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical experience and a safety-first mindset.
What You Will Do
Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, and control equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLC-controlled systems, VFDs, and instrumentation, perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience/training)
- 3–5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with motor controls, panels, and industrial systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities preferred
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and instrumentation
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
