Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; food or beverage industry preferred
  • 1-3+ years of supervisory or lead technician experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and industrial automation systems
  • Understanding of food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP, SQF)
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call rotations
