Role OverviewThe Industrial Maintenance Supervisor works closely with plant leaders, requiring demonstration and competency of plant safety, legal/labor compliance and/or food quality standards. This role is responsible for contributing to and fostering the professional development, aptitude and technical expertise/performance of all hourly members of the industrial maintenance department.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining the floor, on shift; scheduling and managing hourly maintenance employees; executing preventive maintenance (PMs); managing line calls; communicating oncoming shift preparation/meeting with previous and next shifts; and performing other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair and installation.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (desired)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair and installation
