Role OverviewAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our food manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while helping produce high-quality products found in grocery stores across the country. You'll troubleshoot complex equipment, solve mechanical and electrical problems, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help maximize equipment uptime while supporting production, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and production machinery.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- Welding and fabrication experience (TIG preferred)
- Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and industrial controls
- Ability to safely work with electrical systems up to 480V three-phase
