Role OverviewWe are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain the machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing mechanical issues, updating equipment records, and collaborating with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize efficiency.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will perform necessary repairs and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery runs efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include rebuilding/replacing large pumps and motors, conveyor maintenance and repair, and maintaining automated equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of trade school or related maintenance experience
- HMI (Human Machine Interface) experience preferred
- Able to read and write English
- Knowledge of general shop math, reading charts, tables, and drawings
- Working knowledge of pumps, motors, oil lines, and automated equipment
- Familiarity with plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical, and machine maintenance
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
