Requirements
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience working on industrial machines and production equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment repair
- Meat processing, food manufacturing, or similar industrial production experience is strongly preferred
- Basic HVAC knowledge and experience is a plus
- Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable and able to respond to changing maintenance needs
