Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including motors, conveyors, PLCs, and electrical panels.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, switches, and control systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical and mechanical components of industrial machines.
  • Work with PLC programming and automation systems for troubleshooting and modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements in CMMS or maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
