Role OverviewAs an Industrial Market Sector Leader, you'll lead the growth and development of HDR's Industrial services, partnering with clients to optimize processes, modernize facilities, and solve complex challenges. You'll work closely with local, regional, and national leaders to influence the direction of the Industrial program and ensure growth expectations are met.
What You Will Do
Your primary duties will include leading program growth, supporting operations, and developing client relationships. You'll also serve as a project manager or provide technical support on projects to achieve growth, and guide project teams on approach, requirements, and scope to solve client challenges.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 15 years of experience in the industries of mining, agribusiness, oil and gas, and/or advance manufacturing, and a strong network of industry counterparts. You'll be responsible for driving client growth, locally and regionally, and will work closely with local operations and business group leadership to support work sharing efforts.
Requirements
- PE License
- PMP Certification
- 15 years of experience in the industries of mining, agribusiness, oil and gas, and/or advance manufacturing
- Experience in interfacing with Federal, State, and local agencies as well as community boards for project planning is beneficial
