Job Description
Koniag IT Systems (KITS) is seeking an Industrial / Organizational Psychologist to support the Department of Defense and US Industry in developing, implementing, and transitioning Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability across the Department. The successful candidate will assist in standing up a new Digital Talent Management (DTM) Office within the DoW CIO.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with providing strategic human capital and/or organizational consulting services
  • Proven experience working in a DoD or federal government environment
  • Experience developing, reviewing, and implementing DoD policies, procedures, and standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to act independently and proactively to quickly understand and apply new concepts
  • Experience with contributing to multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, team-oriented environment
