Role OverviewAs an Industrial Pattern Design Specialist, you'll use advanced 2D and 3D CAD tools to transform customer requirements into manufacturable products. You'll play a key role in driving innovation, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
What You Will Do
Create and maintain 2D flat patterns and 3D product models, design custom and engineered-to-order products, optimize layouts and nesting, prepare production-ready CAD files, and support prototype development and testing.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience creating engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD modeling
- Exceptional spatial reasoning skills and the ability to visualize 3D products from 2D patterns
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination abilities
