Role Overview

The Industrial Process Painter will prepare surfaces for painting, apply paints, and maintain inventory of paint and supplies. The role requires 2 years of experience spraying wet paint with conventional or HVLP equipment and the ability to read and understand blueprints. The painter will work in a production environment and must meet drawing specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing surfaces for painting, applying paints, repairing surface defects, mixing paint, and assessing initial application. The painter must also maintain inventory of paint and supplies.

  • Experience setting up and tearing down tooling and fixturing used for production runs
  • Regularly lift 10-15 lbs, Occasional lifting of 20-30 lbs
