- HS diploma / GED
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- 2 years experience spraying wet paint with conventional or HVLP equipment
- Experience setting up and tearing down tooling and fixturing used for production runs
- Regularly lift 10-15 lbs, Occasional lifting of 20-30 lbs
