Job Description
Industrial Project Architect position at HDR, seeking a candidate with technical expertise to deliver projects across various markets and building types, with potential to support architecture work across multiple sectors.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of technical design concepts, code applications, design management skills, digital technologies, and design workflows for industrial-type facilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills to successfully complete and deliver construction documents and intermediate milestone deliverables.
  • Experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools and process.
  • Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills, and excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with a range of stakeholders, such as engineers, client, contractors, subcontractors, AHJs, etc.
