Job Description
We are seeking a Project Architect to lead the planning, design, and construction administration of industrial-type facilities, including data centers, water treatment facilities, and manufacturing plants. The role involves leading teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring code compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in industrial architecture, team leadership, and sustainable design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
  • Registered Architect
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • LEED Accreditation with experience and/or interest in sustainable design
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
  • Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills
