Job Description
HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Architect to lead teams of architects, planners, designers, engineers, and project managers to solve complex design challenges. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff. The role involves leading the planning, design, documentation, and construction administration of multiple building types, including high-performance data centers, water treatment facilities, and advanced manufacturing plants.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Architecture or closely related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an architect
  • LEED Accreditation
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Facilitating meetings with a range of stakeholders
  • US Citizenship or permanent residency
