Role OverviewHDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to support clients and projects in the Southeast, specifically in the manufacturing industry. The role involves project leadership, management of multidisciplinary teams, and understanding of scope of work, schedule, and budget. The Industrial Project Manager will work closely with Oregon/SW Washington and interact with clients, project team members, marketing staff, and operations leadership.
What You Will Do
The Industrial Project Manager will direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams, be responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects, and establish and maintain client relations. They will also track financial aspects of projects, coordinate and adjust work effort with team, and implement QA/QC procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
