Role OverviewLead onsite construction efforts from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedules stay tight, safety stays top-of-mind, and quality never wavers. Coordinate teams and subcontractors, guide Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, and act as the go-to connection between the field and project stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Lead daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and site walks to ensure alignment and progress. Develop and manage project schedules, monitor site logistics, and ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s in construction management or similar field
- 10+ years of experience working as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- 10+ years of supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Possess a valid unrestricted Driver’s License
