Role OverviewApprentices spend much of their day working under the guidance of a journeyman worker who guides on-the-job-learning in the critical manufacturing work processes and related tasks. Apprentices earn a living wage while learning new skills and credentials that will help them succeed in a high-demand career.
What You Will Do
Participate in regular assessments that provide feedback on learning and on-the-job performance, and complete courses in industrial math, industrial communications, manufacturing technology systems and processes, industrial blueprint reading, and OSHA 10.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be able to use hand tools (i.e torque wrench, drills and inspection tools)
- Ability to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office programs
- Production experience in a manufacturing environment and/or equivalent education or certification
- Specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks
