Role Overview

The Industrial Sports Medicine Professional provides onsite care to working athletes by analyzing job functions and technical tasks, understanding body movements, and following OSHA First Aid standards. They develop relationships, provide injury prevention programs, and assist with ergonomic solutions for clients.

What You Will Do

Provide on-site services, create positive relationships with clients, educate employees on injury prevention, and manage work-related discomforts. Maintain knowledge of OSHA Health and Safety practices and follow established guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
  • Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Ergonomic Certification or training preferred
