Role OverviewThis is a professional position responsible for supervising daily functions of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants (IECMHCs). Provides administrative and reflective supervision, assists upper management, and collaborates with Center leaders and Managers from other departments to support prevention and early intervention services for early childhood population.
What You Will Do
Responsible for overseeing Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation programming, monitoring compliance with Office of Head Start Performance Standards, and evaluating the effectiveness of mental health consulting in ECE centers.

Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related human service field
- At least one year of formal or informal supervisory experience
- At least three years of experience working with children in a mental health/human services facility
- At least one year of experience in the prevention/early intervention services of early childhood population
- Current, valid State of Michigan professional license
- Infant Mental Health Endorsement
