What You Will Do
Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants. Implement our fun, hands-on L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support early learning and development. Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones. Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.

You have at least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience with infants in a licensed childcare center. You have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required. You'll enjoy a supportive atmosphere, career advancement opportunities, paid training, and competitive pay of $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred) working with infants in a licensed childcare center
- High school diploma/GED required
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, organizational and classroom management skills
- Must meet all Connecticut state requirements for an Early Childhood Teacher position
