Role OverviewThe Pearl of St Charles is looking for a compassionate, energetic and talented Infection Control Nurse to join our team. We offer a unique approach to post acute rehabilitation where the patient is at the center, curating a plan of care that understands the specific needs of each individual.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and periodically update infection control precautions and aseptic technique, interpret infection control policies and procedures, and make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator.

Requirements
- Licensed (RN/LPN) in the state of Illinois
- Knowledgeable of the MDS process
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
