Job Description
The Infection Preventionist (IP) 2 applies expertise in infection prevention and control, collaborating to implement effective IPC strategies and providing education on patient safety via IP practices.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Masters Degree in Infection prevention, clinical Lab Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field
Licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse or Medical Technologist
Certification in Infection Control
Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an Infection Preventionist in an acute care hospital with completion of Advanced IP training
