Role OverviewAs an Infection Preventionist II, you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, utilizing advanced technology to make a positive impact on patient lives. This is an advanced level position that requires complex project work with interdisciplinary groups.
What You Will Do
You will lead the infection prevention program, perform data analysis and reporting, and lead committees. You will also design and deliver educational programs, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Five years of Infection Prevention and Control experience in a healthcare setting
- Certification in Infection Control
- Registered Nurse experience preferred
