Role OverviewThe Inflight Training Instructor is responsible for delivering PSA related training material and FAA approved Flight Attendant training programs to PSA Airlines Flight Attendants and/or New Hire students. The instructor will prepare for instruction sessions, deliver training material, and evaluate and coach Flight Attendants to ensure performance standards are met. The instructor will also serve as a role model and mentor Flight Attendants in performance, behavior, appearance, and demeanor.
What You Will Do
Deliver Flight Attendant Training program material(s) in a clear, logical, and organized manner during training sessions. Evaluate and coach Flight Attendants and new hire trainees to ensure performance standards are met. Serve as a role model and mentor Flight Attendants in performance, behavior, appearance, and demeanor.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Flight Attendant experience, FAA Certification, and the ability to speak, read, and write in English. The candidate should also be able to maintain and display a working knowledge of FAA requirements as well as all company policies and procedures.
