Job Description
Milani Cosmetics is seeking a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator marketing efforts, building a strong creator ecosystem and fostering long-term relationships with creators, editors, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience across creator/influencer marketing and PR
  • Direct experience in beauty or an adjacent category (fashion, lifestyle, wellness, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing creators, agencies, and external partners
  • Hands-on experience with influencer management & measurement platforms such as Tribe, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Grin, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems
  • Experience planning and executing events for creators, editors, or industry partners
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
