- No degree required
- Knowledge of the influencer and creator landscape across major platforms
- Strong written communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with influencer platforms (AspireIQ, Creator.co, or similar)
- Self-starter with the persistence to keep outreach moving
