As an information assurance engineer, you'll work with the intelligence community to discover cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing cybersecurity and information assurance standards
  • Experience maintaining RMF security documentation
  • Experience analyzing and defining security requirements for Linux or Red Hat–based information systems
  • Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal information system security compliance processes
  • Experience using Xacta or similar Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to manage RMF packages and authorization documentation
