Role Overview

The Information Management Technician (Elementary/Middle) is responsible for gathering and inputting student information, course information, and schedules into the district's student database system. The role involves ensuring accurate student data for State and management reports, maintaining knowledge of current State Department of Education requirements, and meeting established deadlines for FTE reporting.

What You Will Do

The Information Management Technician will create the school Master Schedule, Bell Schedule, and Course Dictionary, enter information on new enrollments, withdrawals, and renewals, assign student numbers, and process report cards and changes in grades.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a standard high school diploma, a minimum of two years of related experience, and knowledge of clerical practices and procedures. Bilingual skills and knowledge of Department of Education regulations are preferred.
