Role OverviewThe Information Security Engineer develops and implements security standards and best practices to protect GPA's virtual data resources. They install, administer, and troubleshoot GPA's cyber security infrastructure, including firewall administration, maintaining GPA's Active Directory, and ensuring staff is trained per GPA's security policies.
What You Will Do
Configure, audit, monitor, and support network firewalls, engineer and implement cyber security measures, configure and maintain master consoles, recognize and report security violations, perform and document security relevant changes, and provide information security and awareness oversight.

Requirements
- 1-3 years progressively responsible information technology work-related experience
- 1-3 years experience in firewall administration, data security systems, operating systems, and Active Directory design/configuration
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- TWIC - Transportation Worker Identification Credential Required Upon Hire
- Driver's License - Valid state driver's license Required Upon Hire
