Role OverviewThe ISSO will develop, implement, oversee, and maintain the organization's IA program, ensuring that IA requirements, personnel, processes, and procedures are properly established and enforced. The position supports IA requirements across Secret, Top Secret (TS), TS/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) environments.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement IA programs, supervise IA personnel, enforce Air Force IA policies and procedures, and ensure all users have required security clearances and IA training.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD, and applicable Federal cybersecurity directives and instructions, as well as CISSP certification and Secret clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Six years of experience with cybersecurity practices within the DoD or another Federal agency
- CISSP certification
- Secret clearance
- Top Secret clearance preferred
