Job Description
The Information Systems Analyst II with a Data Analytics Specialization supports various departmental initiatives, focusing on data analytics, validation, analysis, and interpretation of complex data. The role requires strong technical skills, agile methodologies expertise, and the ability to develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in analysis and design in a data analytics organization.
  • Experience using project management tools and templates and experience using agile methodology and its application to software and data product development.
  • Experience developing a variety of stakeholder materials, including but not limited to concise stakeholder presentations and staff training materials/guides.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Data analytics and governance frameworks.
  • Technical and business writing.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Performing ad-hoc data requests.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex quantitative and qualitative data.
